BUSINESS HOURS:

8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. Monday - Saturday; Orders may be placed on our web site 24/7.

SHIPPING:

Every effort will be made to ship orders within 1 to 3 days from when the order is placed. Domestic shipping delivery time is 5 to 7 days. International shipping delivery time is 7 to 14 days. All orders are shipped via USPS with a delivery confirmation and tracking number.

QUALIFICATIONS:

TIMEBANDITS reserves the right to refuse selling wholesale to any dealer who does not meet the following qualifications: the business must be an apparel, speciality, jewelry or accessory dealer with either a state resale number and/or a state business license operating on a full-time basis in an established permanent business location with good credit and or operating in good faith.

PRICES:

Due to the unstable nature of foreign exchange and inflationary forces, prices are subject to change without notice. We will be happy to quote current prices over the phone at any time. Because of shipping expense incurred by dealers, the actual selling price may be higher than the suggested or advertised retail price. We reserve the right to ship all orders at the prevailing price at time of shipment. Always check your invoice for the current price. All prices F.O.B. Los Angeles, California .

ORDERING:

To expedite orders, please have quantities and part numbers ready when placing order. To reduce errors and save time, consider E-mailing orders.

FREIGHT:

We will prepay U.S. Domestic surface freight on all orders of $850.00 or more shipped within the continental U.S. including orders which qualify for volume discounts printed in the price list. The surface rate will be considered against Blue Label or Red Label charges if requested on all free freight orders. Close-out and sale items do not qualify for free freight unless so stated prior to ordering. Free freight will not be allowed on any and all past due accounts.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

There is no minimum order for retail web store orders. However, there is a minimum for all wholesale orders. Please feel free to email us for wholesale prices and minimums.

BACKORDERS:

Back orders are held for 30 days. If after 30 days we are unable to fill your order, it will be necessary to reorder. Dealers not wanting back orders must notify us so that we can put this information in your dealer file. This will ensure that you never receive a back ordered item. Back orders from sales that include free merchandise will be kept for 60 days or the item may be substituted upon approval to complete the order.

WARRANTY:

All merchandise is guaranteed in accordance with the TIMEBANDITS own terms of warranty. We will not be responsible for any labor charges in connection with defective merchandise. Any TIMEBANDITS item determined to be defective will be promptly repaired within fourteen days of receipt at TIMEBANDITS. Allow reasonable shipping time (approximately 5 days each way). All defective items will be repaired or replaced according to our judgment. Items may be replaced with similar model of product with the same or greater retail value. Please note: Do not attempt to repair damaged items yourself and do not continue to use a damaged item because any continued use of a damaged item constitutes misuse and will invalidate the warranty. Be sure to call your sales rep. and obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA) before returning any merchandise for inspection, exchange or claim. Merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.

CLAIMS:

All goods are double-checked, carefully packaged and shipped in good condition. The carrier is responsible for the goods from the time they leave our warehouse until they are delivered to you. Risk of loss and damaged merchandise passes to the customer on our delivery to the carrier. All claims for damage are to be made immediately to the carrier, not to TIMEBANDITS. Please note on your packing slip the number of packages in the shipment as the packages often become separated during shipment and do not always arrive the same day. Shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please keep all boxes and packing material together with the merchandise. If possible, have your receiving person telephone or email problems direct to TIMEBANDITS immediately.

RETURNS:

No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. All goods being returned to TIMEBANDITS must be shipped freight prepaid in clean condition and accompanied by the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. No freight collect shipments will be accepted by TIMEBANDITS. We must be notified within 48 hours after receipt of goods about incorrect of defective merchandise. If we are in error concerning shipment of items, full credit, including freight will be issued if returned.

TIMEBANDITS is a LLC. TIMEBANDITS LLC hereby reserves the right to refuse goods or services based solely on the opinion and or criteria of TIMEBANDITS LLC. TIMEBANDITS trademarks, logos, artwork, trade names, and or marks used are protected under US law. No use is permitted without prior written authorization from TIMEBANDITS LLC.
